You’re a senior content professional with user experience at your core. You know that words aren’t just decoration, they’re part of the experience, and they help people move forward with confidence.
You turn complexity into clarity. You can write microcopy that’s simple, consistent, and human. And you enjoy building the structure behind it: tone of voice, UX patterns, content principles, and decisions that scale across teams, products, and channels.
You bring breadth as well as depth. UX writing is your main craft, but you’re also comfortable stepping into broader content roles: shaping web content, sharpening key messages, supporting content strategy and taking responsibility for production, product planning when needed. We work across many types of assignments, and you enjoy switching between product flows and broader communication, without losing the thread.
You’re curious about tech and AI. You like tools that reduce friction, strengthen consistency, and speed up iteration especially when many teams, languages, or touchpoints are involved. You collaborate closely with designers and developers, and you’re happy to explore smarter workflows (like terminology support, tone checks, and content QA) when they improve the work.
In your assignments, you can expect to:
Create and evolve tone of voice and UX writing systems (principles, guidelines, naming, patterns, component-based writing)
Contribute to broader content work across copywriting, web content, and content strategy from shaping pages to setting direction and improving structure
Drive or support localization to keep content usable, relevant, and consistent across markets and languages
Facilitate workshops to build alignment across product, design, tech, brand, and legal so decisions stick
Own planning and delivery within content workstreams (scope, priorities, coordination, quality)
Coach colleagues through collaboration, reviews, and shared method
Strengthen how we deliver content by developing practical templates and AI-supported workflows, for example, tone and terminology checks, scalable guidelines, and faster iteration without losing quality
Requirements8+ years of experience in UX writing/content design, copywriting, content strategy, digital communication, or strategic consulting—with clear hands-on delivery
Deep expertise in UX writing, with a willingness to contribute across copy, web, and content strategy when assignments call for it
A track record of creating content that supports both user needs and business goals
Experience building and maintaining tone of voice, writing guidelines, UX patterns, and scalable content structures
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable advising senior stakeholders
Experience with coaching colleagues and raising quality through feedback and collaboration
Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent writing skills in both
Practical experience in modern content environments, such as:
Figma (UX writing in design systems, components, and handoff)
AI-supported writing and governance workflows (e.g., Gemini, Gemini Gems, Custom GPTs, Copilot Agents), used thoughtfully for consistency, terminology, and quality checks
Editing and production tools such as Grammarly and Canva
Working closely with developers and content platforms (structured content, CMS, localization workflows, or component-based publishing)
Comfortable navigating complex organizations and working closely with clients, including on-site collaboration
Consulting experience is a plus, as is strong commercial acume
