Who we believe you are

You are a skilled communicator with 2–5 years of professional experience across digital channels and formats. With a background from an agency, consulting, or a well-known organization, you have experience as a Digital Communicator, Content Manager, Art Director, Motion Graphic Designer, or UX Writer. You excel in stakeholder management and identifying customer needs. You hold a degree in media, communication, digital design, or data. Fluency in Swedish and professional English is required.

You are an initiative-taking digital doer with a strategic, AI-first mindset. You work independently, take ownership of your role, and adapt quickly to the dynamics of large organizations. As a creative problem solver, you enjoy both independent work and collaborating with a team to bounce ideas.

Your technical curiosity drives you to explore new tools and smarter ways of working. You are a "learn-by-doing" person who understands how AI enhances content creation and transforms marketing processes. You navigate complex platforms with ease and enjoy experimenting with automation and new digital workflows.

You thrive in environments characterized by rapid change. You are insight-driven, explorative, and focus on communication goals and customer value. Your curiosity allows you to apply your skills in new contexts and grow through varied assignments.

You are available for project-based employment for an initial 3–6 months, with the potential for extension up to 12 months. The monthly salary range is SEK 32,000–43,000, depending on experience and the scope of the assignment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of multi-channel experience from an agency or corporate environment.

• Relevant education in media, communication, digital design, or data.

• Strong written and visual communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Google Gemini, Claude code, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Leonardo AI.

• An AI-first, automation-oriented, and highly adaptive mindset.

• Fluency in Swedish and professional English.

In our assignments, you can expect to:

• Plan, coordinate, and take responsibility for our clients’ presence in digital channels.

• Produce and optimize written and visual content, including publishing and follow-up.

• Act as an advisor and hands-on specialist in digital communication, AI, and automated workflows.

• Participate in digital projects to optimize content operations and ways of working.
