You're genuinely curious about technology. Diving into code or building custom nodes in visual programming environments excites you. At the same time, you have a deep respect for the craft of communication. Whether you're just starting out or have a few years under your belt, you've spent real time exploring AI platforms from the inside and you've learned that the difference between good and great comes down to linguistic precision and the ability to connect the right tools in the right way.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of professional experience in communication, digital production, or tech.

• Relevant education in media, communication, or digital technology.

• Strong communication skills. You have a solid foundation in storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication and you know how to adapt your tone for different audiences.

• Advanced prompt engineering. You can steer LLMs and generative image tools with precision. For you, language is the code that drives AI.

• Technical depth. You have experience with, or a genuine drive to master, complex tools and low-code environments such as n8n, ComfyUI, Runway, or Midjourney.

• A coding interest. You enjoy getting hands-on with Python or JavaScript, especially when it comes to automating tasks or working with APIs.

• Linguistic versatility. You speak and write Swedish fluently, and professional-level English. You're a language person who happens to love tech.

• A consultant mindset. You're proactive, solution-oriented, and energized by varied, fast-paced assignments.

• Engineer high-quality content. Combine advanced prompting with your editorial skills to produce written and visual assets that meet professional standards.

• Develop AI workflows. Design and build automated content pipelines that enhance creative quality, not replace it.

• Bridge tech and creative. Act as the translator between technical AI capabilities and creative communication goals, making sure the technology always serves the story.

• Experiment hands-on. Continuously test new models and plugins to keep Curious Mind at the forefront, always evaluating them through a communicator's lens.

• Collaborate and educate. Work closely with colleagues and clients, helping them understand how to use AI effectively without losing their unique voice.
